Since its inception in 2010 SQ Projects has evolved from a one-man operation into a multi-disciplinary building company offering a wide range of services including construction, design, development, and project management. Offering over 25 years’ experience specialising in successful delivery of challenging, quality driven residential and mixed-use projects, founder and director Joe Sidoti has steadily and strategically expanded his team to 20 experienced, dedicated and passionate building professionals all bringing skills to the table combining over 180 years of experience.

SQ Projects always aims to partner in projects that are slightly different, that push the boundaries and continually set new challenges for all members of the team.

SQ Projects take pride in delivering quality projects on time and within budget. They love to be involved in the whole process, concept to completion and aim to add value at all steps along the way. Working in an enjoyable and truly collaborative way with their team of architects, consultants, dedicated subcontractors and suppliers not only makes the whole process so much more productive and satisfying but also lifts the end result to a whole new level.
