TCM Construction Group is a family owned business which has been in operation since 2014. It was founded by Shaun Taylor, a hands-on Company Director, who continues to successfully grow the business based on his extensive experience and outstanding reputation for client collaboration and uncompromising quality.
A fully licenced builder, with over 25 years of experience, gained while working with well-established construction companies on both residential and commercial building projects, Shaun has a thorough understanding of all site requirements and is especially versed in all aspects required to effectively deliver complex projects.
Shaun’s journey into the building industry began in 1994, with a Carpentry & Joinery Trade Certificate, followed by a Certificate 4 in Residential Building Studies and years of invaluable ‘on the job’ experience.
Returning to study in 2002, Shaun added a Diploma in Building Studies and a Diploma of Quantity Surveying to his qualifications, leading him to transition into the Commercial/Government Sector. During this time Shaun worked as a Site and Project Manager, undertaking projects for clients such as Qantas, Sydney Airport Corporation, Housing NSW, Australia Post, First Data/Cashcard and Mann Financial. These ventures provided a broad range of experience within Airport and Housing Projects, Commercial Fit Out, Heritage Restoration and High-End Domestic Projects.
Shaun now leads his team to deliver construction projects of uncompromising quality in both the residential and commercial sectors, taking care and pride in their work while maintaining open communication and continual collaboration with clients, designers and Architects such as Northern Beaches Council, Hargroves Design Studio, Michael Folk Architects, Bijl Architecture and many more private clients to produce stunning builds for the client. This partnership between builder and client will ensure that your construction or renovation aspirations will be achieved just as you imagined.
